Host a one-of-a-kind kids party at the CheckOut — a former convenience store turned cozy music venue and creative hangout. Our storefront space is full of character, with a small stage, instruments, and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes celebrations feel special without being fussy.

Kids can play, dance, sing, and celebrate while adults relax in a space that actually feels designed for them, too.

We provide tables, chairs, and a flexible open layout perfect for games, cake, music, and hanging out. Just bring food, drinks, decorations, and anything special you’d like for your party, and make yourself at home.


💲 Simple Pricing

We keep pricing straightforward.

$150 per hour
2-hour minimum
+$100 cleaning fee per party

Most families book 2–3 hours, depending on how much time they want for set-up, celebrating, and packing up.

Your reserved time includes set-up and clean-up, so if you’d like 30 minutes before the party to set up and 30 minutes after to pack up, please include that time in your reservation.


🔊 Music & Sound

As a professional music venue, the CheckOut includes access to our high-quality sound system for playlists, karaoke, announcements, or dance parties.

Want to host a mini talent show, sing-along, or dance party? You’ve got the gear to make it happen.

(Staff assistance is available if you need help getting set up.)


🍹 Bar Add-On (for the grown-ups)

Want to make it fun for adults, too?

You can add bar service so parents and guests can enjoy beverages while the kids celebrate.

Options may include:

• Beer
• Wine
• Our famous adult slushies

Bar service pricing depends on the event — just ask when booking.


🧹 Cleaning & Expectations

We take care of the deep cleaning after your party.

The $100 cleaning fee covers mopping, trash removal, and resetting the space.

We simply ask that you:

• Take home what you bring
• Put trash in bins
• Leave the space in generally good condition


🍕 What to Bring

BBring whatever makes the party yours:

• Food and drinks
• Cake or dessert
• Decorations
• Plates, cups, utensils, etc.
• Games or activities (optional)

You’re welcome to rearrange furniture to suit your setup.


🎈 Extras & Entertainment

You’re welcome to bring entertainers, activities, or performers — or keep things simple and DIY.

Music-themed parties work especially well here, and we’re happy to share ideas if you’d like inspiration.


📅 Booking

Email us to check availability for weekend mornings or afternoons.

To reserve your date:

• A $100 deposit secures your reservation
• The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another available date with at least 7 days notice

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party.

📋 Party Policies

To keep events running smoothly for everyone:

2-hour minimum reservation
• Reserved time must include set-up and clean-up
• Events that run more than 15 minutes past the reservation time may incur additional hourly charges
• Payments are non-refundable once the final balance has been paid


🎁 Share the Fun

Every party host receives a $25 credit code to share with a friend for a future party booking at the CheckOut.

(The credit has no cash value and applies to future reservations only.)
